Founder & President
Ron Welch began his professional career with Knoll where he gained valuable experience in numerous professional positions, finishing his tenure as Director of Dealer Development. Ron founded bauhaus in 1994 with the goal bringing quality furniture, excellent project management service and superior after sales support to commercial and governmental agencies. Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Mark Boothby, CPA, began his career with bauhaus in 2001. Initially hired to work in the role of controller, Mark also served as the director of finance before being promoted to chief financial officer and then ultimately serving the duel roles of chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Prior to joining bauhaus, Mark worked as the director of finance for a $140 million furniture dealership. Mark graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Principal, Design + Branding
Beth Anderson joined the bauhaus leadership team in 2007. Beth works synchronistically with the bauhaus sales team, the client, and the client’s architects and designers to ensure the perfect solution is achieved for every client. As a designer, Beth has worked exclusively in the furniture dealership industry. Her attention to design detail, persistence in achieving the perfect client solution paired with her instinctively consultative approach makes Beth an invaluable asset to the bauhaus leadership team. Principal, Sales + Marketing
Jay Hefner joined the bauhaus sales team in 1998, hailing from 17 years in the oil and gas industry where he was involved with crude oil purchasing. This experience resulted in the perfecting of his customer service and relationship skills. His continued commitment to exceptional service and superior customer relationship skills has made him a natural fit in the commercial office furniture industry.
