There are no shortages of places to play in the Dallas Design District. Whether you live here or work here, the Dallas Design District offers trendy restaurants, bars, and even a bowling alley — the Bowlounge. Like most places in the Dallas Design District, the Bowlounge has its own story of creative beginnings. Originally located in East Texas, the owners of this trendy entertainment center had the building disassembled and shipped to the Dallas Design District and then reconstructed, adding the Twisted Root to make the bowling experience for its customers even better. At bauhaus, we take our work and our play equally serious. The Bowlounge has quickly become one of our favorite post work getaways!

For almost 20 years, bauhaus has called the Dallas Design District home. We loved it when it was a cool and somewhat mysterious warehouse district “to the trade only,” and we love the hip, urban center it has grown in to as well!
