Project Profile: AAA Texas
In 2014, AAA Texas was looking to re-establish its presence in North Texas and use their facility as attraction and retention for future and current employees. By connecting two separate buildings into one campus, AAA Texas wanted to create a workplace that was exciting, current, collaborative, and one that its employees and board members would be proud of. Establishing a new standard was key.
AAA is comprised of many departments with a variety of work styles and workspace needs: executive, management, sales, administrative, call center, and data center. Accommodating 15+ departmental needs while keeping a consistent look across the campus was important in bringing a once segmented work culture into the new AAA Texas.
Our team worked with AAA Texas in programming for each department and employed a “kit-of-parts” approach to the workstation design.
Our internal team met daily with AAA Texas across two time zones to keep up with the aggressive construction schedule.
Our installation team managed 100+ trucks and over 10 phases during just 2.5 months of furniture installation. Multi-phase employee move-ins were completed on time.
Our account management team helped AAA Texas stay within their furniture budget and established corporate standards for national implementation.
