Texas Capital Bank

In 2008, bauhaus began a project with Texas Capital Bank, headquartered in Dallas. The initial project was a move from the company’s corporate offices to a new office space on McKinney Avenue in Uptown. Following the corporate office move, we worked with Texas Capital to open their accounting offices in Richardson, as well as their offices in Chicago, New York, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.

In the new, three-floor corporate offices, we provided Texas Capital with an executive look for 45 private offices outfitted with Taylor furniture and 115 Knoll Reff workstations. The corporate office is a customer-focused office, and Texas Capital needed a high-end, executive feel for this space.

The work we did in the corporate offices set the standard for offices in Chicago, New York, Austin, San Antonio and Houston. These Texas Capital locations mirror the executive look of the Dallas Uptown office with standard Knoll Reff products in all offices. “Reff profiles delivers a tailored solution for image conscious offices that is flexible, scalable and affordable.” (knoll.com)

The Richardson accounting office where much of Texas Capital’s administrative work takes place consists primarily of workstations on five floors. This office was finished with the Knoll Dividends product line. Dividends is a frame and tile system offering “simple, versatile design and advanced data and electrical capabilities.” (knoll.com)

We have contact with Texas Capital Bank on a daily basis to ensure their office and workspace needs are met. We hold a warehouse inventory for Texas Capital and work regularly with the Dallas-based bank to reconfigure their various offices.

bauhaus partnered with Benson Hlavaty Architects on the completion of each of these Texas Capital Bank projects.
