In September, 2012, Winstead PC, a Dallas-based law firm, completed the relocation of operations from their existing office in the Renaissance Towerto a new, eight-floor office space in Uptown.
Winstead PC is one of a handful of Dallas law firms making the move to the Uptown space. “The Uptown environment is a great fit for Winstead’s strategic direction and client-driven objectives,” Winstead executive committee member Mike Alessio told The Dallas Morning News in this 2010 article. The relocation to the Uptown building “is consistent with the changing nature of the legal industry.” (www.dallasnews.com).
Winstead occupies three-quarters of the 10-story office tower in Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood, the former home of the Centex Corp headquarters. To complete the project, bauhaus installed 60 workstations, 34 paralegal offices and ancillary spaces in the new Winstead PC office space.
Winstead PC selected Knoll Dividends open plan workspaces for paralegal office and workstations. To furnish the ancillary spaces, bauhaus installed Bernhardt tables, Davis Furniture chairs, HBF chairs and benches and Tuohy tables.
bauhaus collaborated on this project with the lauckgroup architectural firm.
